Luckyk: This close to trial all you normally see are Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. Everything else was controlled by the Final PreTrial Scheduling Order and appears to have been performed. Now what happens is the judge holds a final pre trial conference to discuss the actual conduct of trial, date of trial, and talk about settlement.

The final pre trial conference is like a giant pow pow before the war starts.
