Thanks for the input..The original Court schedule called for a 8/25/05 pretrial Conference date and a 9/6/05 Trial date. I seem to recall a recent filing that indicated both will be held on the same day.

Pretrials normally take place in the Judge's conference room and are not open to the public. Can't say for sure if it has been held since the judge is currently in trial in Texarkana, Tx. I think it was scheduled for today. Bet Olddog can get it as the date appeared in a prior scheduling order.
