It seems as if there is some "back peddling" from your original insinuation of Magna and SRGE not having a business deal between the two.

If the Magna lawyer ”admitted that he did not know whether or not Magna and SRGE have ever spoken"... then that means that he doesn't know anymore than what you know. That means that he doesn’t know anymore than what you are trying to confirm.

I'm just not sure why you would make such an effort to post his email, of which I am confident that it was a confidential email in the first place, to insinuate something so negative as if SRGE was not telling the truth. It just seems like it would do the situation well to wait a little more time which could prevent anyone pro or con about the issue from jumping to some very wrong conclusions.
