I was fully clear - they are currently not in a business relationship. Magna and their attorney are reviewing their obligations based on the events that transpired.

As for whether Magna and SRGE have EVER spoken, which was the question I asked, this individual admitted he did not know. That in itself says a lot. If a CA or term paper was created, don't you think the lawyers would have proof read what it meant before Magna responded?
