Thanks for that,hoping this is just delayed some. The agreement is dated Feb 10 2011,so perhaps they're waiting to see what role the military will have there,or till things are bit more secure? Just a couple of thoughts.

Did notice something in this agreement,that would change the returns for GTC/WSGI in a good way. The current free accounts are for simplex data.

However this is stating the 10000 free accounts associated with this agreement are for ..."non-commercial use of simplex and duplex data transmission modems and devices which are certified on the Globalstar satellite network including devices manufactured by GTC."

Big Big difference in rev potential between the simplex and duplex data plans.Simplex is minimum $10 per month ,phones start at $40,and data starts at $50 per month.

So we could multiply the 9000 GTC free accounts by the average of $45 per month,(avg between phone and data) times 12 months. That equals $4.86M per year for just managing accounts & phones.

Starting to see how others were told GTC could pay the bills here.This makes much more sense.
