feel free...has been tried many times before and will fail as all others have. seeking the truth does not constitute intentional harm. the fact that you and others contacted Magna seeking answers and misrepresnted what was claimed causes others like myself to dig deeper and to get the truth.

As for my investigation, I just took your information and went one step forward - I told Magna that I assume it was ok to pass the note they sent me on to the SEC with a copy of the November press release. Their lawyer called me to talk about it and then informed me that they had no concerns with that memo going to the authorities.

Only those that know they are playing a pump and dump fear the truth.
