Mide, I received a prompt reply from GTC-USA, but no details..."still working hard to make things happen as quickly as possible....2013 is a good year for all of us!"

My guess, appliques and revenue are tied to new ground stations. Funding won't happen until after launch of final GSAT Satellites. There must be a demonstrated Return on Investment in order to get funders excited to pony up $3-$5 million build out cost for each ground station. As always....time will tell.
