They are already aware that it was forwarded to the SEC and in fact I was told that I could do as I wish with the message and they had no problem having it forwarded to the SEC.

BTW...shooting the messenger does not change the fact that:

1. The PR in November about Magna being hired was a lie and will be considered fraud by the regulators
2. Two PR's about upcoming filings have been lies (still haven't filed)
3. The SEC has all this evidence in their hands
4. The trade volume clearly proves that the share structure is vastly different than quoted.
