Your expectations seem a little high to me, MM. JMHO. To "impress" you Phipps needs to generate approximately $1M in gross sales annually (alone), do all the engineering himself (again alone) and handle all fulfillment and customer service (alone). Perhaps there are people out there who do that regularly. I can't recall ever meeting one. My stated standard was my own work and the work of most of my peers. Clearly, if I were a high achiever I wouldn't be hanging out here though, correct? :<)

In my world of small, growing businesses, you succeed by perseverance, luck and not despising small customers, small details, small deals and days of small to no margins. My appreciation of David's work is sincere and not intended to be deceptive. However, it does reveal the difference in our expectations. I respect your high standards. Warm regards, IndyJonesOhio.
