$200 million? I thought the cost to build one of these ground stations was only $500,000. Or am I mistaken... was it $5 million? Now you really have me confused. Either way, at $5 million that's 40 ground stations and at $500,000 that's a whopping 400! Seems like overkill to me. Doesn't the single ground station in Maryland cover almost the entire United States? Why would they need so many ground stations? And if Globalstar is going to own them, the benefit to GTC seems small. I thought GTC wanted to build the ground stations themselves and own them. Gee, I really thought I understood some of this, but I guess I'm all mixed up now.
