I don't consider that we are planning to spinout ST and not doing so a lie. I would just prefer an explanation of the details and regular updates on the status of such announcements , something Scott has chosen NOT to provide.
I will give you that one. I will refrain from saying it is a lie. I agree he should say something and hasnt. That is what makes me feel lied to.
Good example is the "target date" Scott knew he couldnt hit the target date weeks before the date and didnt tell us. He waited till after the date came and gone to tell us.
Why is that?
IMO that is dishonest. Not a lie but not the truth.
