So far buyers,seller and creditors are happy except shareholders.Military part done too and waiting for judge's decision.They knew this will happen and they sent e mail via brokerage accounts to shareholder to file petition with deadline December 16th if we want..
Yes question is what happened to that better deal with $480 millions???They lied to people only sell more shares and create more victims.They use our money to pay their debt and their bonuses.
