The purchaser assumes what debt remains after negotiation
by the Debtors Committee is concluded and approved by
the judge. Since most of the debt, or a large part of it is
owed to Wanxiang, and the rest will be paid out of proceeds
of sale, I doubt if Mr Lu cares.
