Start from the premise that there is no good reason for a stock to be trading below $1

They are either terminally weak or, more likely, they are scams.

there are few success stories below $1. The closer you get to 1 penny, the fewer even still.

Once you get to sub penny, they are all scams,(or the legitimate walking dead) and basically you are hoping some greater fool buys it for more than you paid before the music stops. Whether it's justified with charts or promotions...it's still profiting from someone's scam.

Personally, I cant do it.
