I guess any dollar amount reported for a paid tout is suspect, right, just like any information to do with penny stocks. I get the impression that proclaiming that an expensive tout is being done may be used itself as a proof that something "big" is coming? According to StockPromoters.com, HMNC supposedly spent close to a half million in 2011 with paid promotions - is that realistic? Do pennies really spend that kind of money on paid promotions, or is it all in the form of stock, and not cash?
