So Bandera did not sell and transfer interest?

Hate to confuse .. is this from years ago? "Tumi Resources in Mexico. Has an option to earn a 60% interest ( and right to purchase the remaining 40% ) of the Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera properties from Minera San Jorge, by expanding $2.5M over 3 years."
