I believe, two days before the Provisional patent was to expire we (WSGI) applied for the patent .. as WSGI & George are listed as ‘Assignee’. We paid Eastcor for this work .. and I imagine because it was George who thought up / created this product his name is attached as well? I remember reading that he signed over the rights to WSGI .. but to read his name also as an ‘Assignee’ .. I don’t know for sure

Maybe him buying the old Eastcor building tie’s into him being listed as an Assignee .. a new business partner? Just thinkin’ out loud
