"I don't like that they haven't said anything about it. I emailed IR asking why. Everyone else should do the same. If there isn't a HUGE dilution coming, why do this now? And why publicly tout the stock buyback program and silently authorize 50% more shares? There could be a valid business reason for it but we don't know because the company isn't talking and the shorts are. I personally would like to have had it presented in a special shareholders meeting."

Someone guesstimated that there is "quiet period" about increase because currently in negotiations.
