Yes. My big red flag I look for is those criminal like pref. which insiders convert at 1000s or even millions to one.

Pref. should be only be for to be in front of common SHs in a Ch 7 which is understandable as they are taking the bigger risk.

They aren't even doing that though. They have 545m of the 800m OS.
So there gain is our gain in reasonable proportions
