Please note--this is an ARGUS patent. I contend that that the BiB is actually running ahead of the Argus at the moment for procurement--JMHO. IMO the technical challenges of the BiB are real but much less daunting than were faced in this ARGUS design. IMO anyone who could do this could easily make an elegant and proprietary BiB system. I know the game is getting complex--Argus, BiB, other aerostats, GTC satcomms, GTC sat trackers, GTC ground stations--but it is an important time to keep one's eye on all the possible avenues of advance IMO.
