with some of my stocks not worried about the tax issue and December sell off as every scare that has hit them, even 2008, has shown itself to not hold them down for more than few months and gave great buy in prices. but that is stock of companies with major revenue and future prospects and little debt that just suffer due to the general market conditions and nothing of their own making---so they deserved to bounce back.
yippy is mighty different from them though and is more a shot in the dark. we do need to hear from them that they have something that will allow them to recover too once the storm dies off. and you are right. they have not been forthcoming, for whatever reasons. I hope the reasons are the right ones though.
