The fact that two penny stock publicly traded companies are claiming the same concessions should be cause for the SEC to step in and investigate

Yup..they can phone Tatiana Sigler Baca at MMR (like many SRGE investors have done incl myself) and get confirmation that SRGE does indeed own Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera 100% and that BGL owns nada, zip, zero. I am sure if SEC took these wild and unsubstantiated conspiracies seriously and called her, they would be answered!! :0)
