CLF—Regardless of the motivation, Sullivan is a good addition to the BoD who has bona fide experience in the mining industry. Whether the addition signifies a greater likelihood of a buyout is hard to say; however, at this point, any reasonable BoD would have to at least be thinking about shopping the company.
