Wrong BGL lost nothing. The court ruled that the case needed to be sent to a federal court to be heard. Jurisdiction issues only.Proper DD shows that.

Which leads us back to the property liens that BGL hold on Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera. SRGE can't own those properties because it would have been by FRAUDULENT sale to SRGE. Next
