Thanks for your input on the extensive DD you have been able to bring forth to the table. I am curious to know at what value are the 500M shares that you speak of in which he says the company needs to stay afloat. Give us dollars amount, would the stock need to be over a penny or just under a penny to achieve this 500M share goal?

I saw you posted a range of share price earlier but was unaware if it was in essence to the 500M shares that you speak of.


I like the effort and excitement the board is trumping up over the weekend, I think we have many big volume days ahead like we did on Friday.
