More on MON’s strong yield data from the 2012 harvest
(from the St. Louis Business Journal):

According to [CTO Robert] Fraley, Dekalb germplasm had an average 8.3 bushels per acre yield advantage, while Genuity Roundup Ready 2 Yield soybeans achieved their highest yield since being introduced four years ago, a more than 4.5 bushel per acre national yield advantage. DroughtGard Hybrids showed a yield advantage of more than 5 bushels per acre over competitors in the Western Great Plains.

“This season’s strong results, even against the backdrop of the devastating drought we witnessed throughout the country, reinforce our ability to deliver on our commitments to our farmer customers, and we look forward to providing an even stronger toolkit of solutions in the future,” Fraley said in a statement.
