Lucent's motion to exclude due to Tantivy's Discovery Abuses.
What the heck type of motion is this. Are we to think that Lucent was playing cleanly in their discovery proceedings, and bas arse little Tantivy abused the discovery process. Could it be that the discovery from the Lucent employee has them concerned or is it something else.
I wish they had filed this motion openly instead of under seal. I wonder if the weight of this case is becoming to heavy for the boys and gals at Lu.
