Data, I had thought about Samsung and Rimm and figured by now our world class licensing team probably gave our CEO and board member Merritt a progress report and some thought if these renewals will happen before year end?

We also are expecting the results of an Arbitration this quarter that was heard in June or July so there are several factors that might influence the BOD on a special dividend.

Time will tell.
