BMG & others seem to be ramping up. I guess someone should tell the powers to be at BMG it is in a rampout...They claimed two weeks ago they have 15m cd's protected. That is their fact and then you are EXPECTING those numbers to increase. Where did you hear that? I have seen nothing to say they are increasing roll out. Link please/ Let's deal in facts not what you expect or want. We all want it, it just ain't happening.
Who is boss on the music industry today? ipod is the way to go do i like it no.....it seems to be factual to me. If Jobs strikes a deal with the industry that eliminates the need for protection via a bigger fee from Ipod, where would that leave us.
All we have heard is ONCE JOBS THROWS THE SWITCH scmi will fly.
Seems we are extremely dependent on ipod.
At least we agree on the merger. I may be pessimistic on this but then again all I have to go on is past history of Mr. Jacobs. I have waited thru four almost audits. Not only the two withdrawals but two other promised (up until the last week) audits that were not completed. Money, not the right time and as many excuses even that the auditor died. Armed with these facts how can I be anything but pessimistic.....let alone given the fact that we are two (2) months past due the promised date by Peter. Hard to argue in his favor on this.
