Sage, appreciate your input...I probably will continue to struggle with my "investments". I put alot of dough into Bonds, since that is what is usually recommended at my age (72),...or sooner.

I still hold Exxon, BHI, ALV,ROH, not a heck of a lot but......but a lot of $$ in Mutual funds....Today, everything was in the toilet, except Crude Oil pricing was down some.

By the way, on another subject, one of posters put up an interested link on Non-compete agreements on the Yahoo board
