This was my original question (11/22/2012):

"Subject: Beneficial Holdings Inc./ online gaming application
Dear Sir or Madam,
Could you please tell me if the company Beneficial Holdings Inc. (BFHJ) has been granted an online gaming license, or if their application has already been declined?"

And this is the reply I received yesterday:

"The answer to both of your questions is no. They have not been granted a license and they have not been denied.

However, I just checked my emails again and I also found the same email tolley referred to in his message no. 89604.
