I contacted the Nevada Gaming Control Board this morning via email and and received this response...

I had some recent information passed on to me that Beneficial Holdings Inc. had applied for a online gaming license with the State of Nevada. Is this information correct ? If so, is it possible to provide me a website or a list showing all the companies that have applied for the year 2011 and 2012. Thank you for your response and any information you can provide.

I researched your request in our system and I did not find any reference to Beneficial Holdings, Inc. Your request has also been forwarded to our Applicant Services Division to verify they do not have anything I could not access on file.
