I agree with many of your assumptions. What company would willingly acquire their liabilities? More and more companies are now fighting the shorts and the win ratio is likely to increase imho. Will we start seeing short squeezes on a regular basis?
It won't take many to bankrupt those that have stolen trillions from investors over the past 15 years. Justice?
