Nil, Perfect timing for our teaming arrangement! (contract, training, field operation, etc.) Also, our payload bay has quick disconnect to meet 2 minute interchange requirement for various payloads. Also, the payload bay may have room for a couple of lithium batteries to give 2 hour flight time. Electric motors are very small and should be no problem. And, we have already demo'd winch/ tethered system for two person operation.

It seems to me the RFQ was written for the MTS Aerial System. Writing the spec's for RFQ takes a long, in collaboration with industry vendors. The spec's are always written around a prime provider.
