I think you misunderstood what u read and all your issues have been disputed. SRGE says. 20 divy if they sell cinco no promise has been made to that divy without deal. The. 00003 divy has been paid as promised. Everything SRGE has been PR is been handled. The fact is you stretch by trying to tie a fraud to this company when in all honesty you don't know for sure which IMO is the worst of frauds you want people to trade a stock on your believe which seems agenda hidden. You claim many letters to SEC and no action could it maybe just be that its legit and that's why no action. As far as I can see news and promises are fulfilling by company so I will hold.
The true manipulation the sec should look at is false claims that try to be posted as truth to manipulate price. All we as investors can go by is company issued PR and news any other claims outside of those channels are agenda driven
