most pink NEVER put out audited financials.

And yes only the annual reports get audited - not quarterly.

Let's see who their new lawyer is - they will need one to file an UNAUDITED annual report if they want to stay current with pinksheets.


It will be interesting to see who replaced Huettel and wants to take on SRGE.
