Nil, I've reviewed the specifications in detail for the 'Aerial System' (name changed from Aerostat) and it appears the RFQ was written around the Argus MTS fitted with electric propulsion. With a 30 day delivery, this is obviously a COT's or Off the Shelf procurement. Looks like a perfect fit to me and the segmented design will help in the forest fire 7G thermals.
