You haven't proven anything because management hasn't achieved those results on purpose. Management wasn't able to close previous financing's and has done all they can to keep things moving despite having little funds.

They haven't sat back and allowed other properties to spend as prove inferior as you suggested nor have they purposefully allowed HKHE to not close so they could now have the SOE opportunity.

These things happened because they had no choice but to keep looking for money. Had they had the opportunity to close they would have and they wouldn't have benefited from others spending or HKHE falling through as you suggest they "masterfully" did on purpose.
