Alex Smid of SAEI and SRGE fame was caught faking a NI 43-101 in SAEI. wonder what documents he is faking here in SRGE.

What I do know is that the stock has traded near flat after the initial run. somebody(s) are taking advantage of this 22% PPS increase to dump shares.
