I guess I thought it was an obvious conclusion that if the Chinese are in we go up and if they aren't we go down or sideways, depending on where we are at the time. According to DSU the rocks that the Chinese have in their possession are not for verification but only for further metallurgical study... So, as I stated twice before...I was not aware of that and I am very pleased to know it.
My original post was simply to answer someone's question "Has anyone heard from Merle"....And (at the time) no one was answering him so I decided to chime in with what I thought was an innocent comment. Obviously that was a big mistake. Happy Thanksgiving.
