I should probably be more specific in my claim re no battery.

You can take simple battery technology and say we have a battery. A useless battery, but for the purpose of a pr, a battery of some sort may exist.

My position is that whatever they come up with, if they do come up with anything by Nov 1, it will not be anything remotely acceptable for any application in the automotive business. The glass matt is nothing new. It is merely a seperator for the cells. Not a big deal but it sounds impressive. If they have a prototype ready to go, as they claim.. let's see some specs.. Releasing this info would not hurt what they are supposed to be trying to accomplish. Their patents are well held, as has been pointed out on many occasions.

As far as "direct discussion" with a "major" hybrid auto manufacturer is concernd, Not a chance of this being accurate, and the stock price clearly reflects this "stretch" of the facts. If this was true, you may rest assured the stock would be trading a lot higher.
