Well I just said--if you get it there, I can get it down. We don't need to beam WIFI from it or even station keep. For strat and back we just need to go up to FL650 and come down with telemetry to prove we did. Obviously station keeping is hard--you were the one who told me prop configuration would have to be exotic. I assume software is about flight control and telecoms? We need a lot of software for up and down? I don't think so. I tend to do things incrementally. Be nice to put this FL650 thing to rest IMO. I am never going to be the one to solve telecom logistics.
