How is a fact meaningless?

Fact - Audit is not done.
Therefore... it's not hyperbole to say that has never been done. It's the TRUTH.

Amazing how this can go both ways :)

As long as the audit is being worked on, hyperbole regarding audit WILL NOT BE DONE is meaningless.
