I'm still confused.... if we are so far ahead of our competition and have these NASA engineers on staff, why do we need to partner with someone else to design future airships? I would understand it more if we were basically insuring ourselves of larger production capabilities and staff for future strats...

Oh well, I guess I just don't get it... no one else seems to be concerned or confused about this partnership. I must be nit-picking.
