KCG - It took NITE 2 months to notify shareholders and investors of the ongoing SEC investigation that began on August 28, 2012. What else are they hiding from the public that they already know?

By today's price action, it looks as if Sub-$2.20's are right around the corner!

Someone knows something material and is trading on that information, IMO.

Will the MF Global scandal roll NITE into the mix? Possibly that naked short selling entity CSTI, who has their um, *London Connections*.
