"200k volume early A.M. for VTSI is not significant"...if you consider this a reaction to the rumor. The last time Virtra had a significant price move and I mean 700-800% range we needed a good 1M shares traded per day for a week. And that was when the outstanding numbers were about half what they are now. The slope uphill is steeper, but a good engine could oversome that.
Higher then average does not always equal higher prices, but can mean something is afoot. I like what I see so far, I'm hoping this isn't a daytrading pump.
