IPRU .003...Daily Chart...we have pierced a long descending triangle to the up side...crossed the 50 ma..Williams %R is -67 plenty of room till we hit -20 range...RSI in the power zone...
KEY break is the upper keltner line at .004..if we can break/hold that we are in great shape to break the 200ma....
