I am assuming he will be found guilty but what type of punishment he will receive? I have no idea.

When I first stated out with all this. Yes, I absolutely believed CDIV stood a chance for success. They were building apps, had if I remember correctly $3.1M dollars of real-estate assets and were selling apps at the Apple Store. Who's to say that they weren't going to come up with some volume app sells and/or hit with the next "Angry Bird" sensation???

They had a low float, ungagged TA and little to no dilution. Not too much more that one would look for in a Pinksheet stock trading in the .000's
