So, any thoughts on how the SEC action against Monk will shake out?

And a related question: we now know, in retrospect, that CDIV has essentially withered and died. It has a zombie-like existence offering a few lame apps that nobody ever buys. Nazir is MIA, and nobody believes it will ever get off the greys.

Do you think that CDIV ever stood a chance for success as an actual business entity? Or ws it always a vehicle for a pump n' dump fraud?
