Thanks tjshooker for re-posting Imrich's questions. Here are my thoughts and opinions in response to these questions.
1. Why no mention of Canada?
- Yes, this is one of my primary concerns too. What is the status in Canada and what is the current relationship with the Greenwood Group? Andy Whelan spoke very highly of the Greenwood Group during the investors web conference last October. Now what?
2. How many employees do you have?
- I don't think this question is relevant, rather I would ask what are BIEL's employees doing? I don't care how many employees BIEL has, as long as they get their jobs done, period. IMO, having 6 employees doing their best for sake of the company is better than having 60 employees doing nothing.
3. Why is the FDA chart on the site not updated in a year now?
- They have been updating shareholders via investor updates, and this is the only reason I can think of. IMO, Imrich would beg to differ, and given BIEL's track record I can't blame him for coming from a glass half-empty point of view.
4. Why didnt you tell us the RecoverRx was 510k denied?
- IMO, this could be due to the sake of PPS; however, what is at stake now is the appeal process status and decision.
Also IMO, standing from any CEO's perspective, my opinion is half-truth is necessary sometimes. However, the half of the truth that is being communicated to the public investors need to be accomplished successfully on time to produce effective and efficient results. For example, telling half-truth about getting into Canada? Get it done, period.
IMO, it's a joke saying to keep looking forward to the future and how "the future rules" if current tasks are not accomplished successfully in an efficient manner, which is also known as establishing sales in this case.
Just my opinion.
